Claire had lots of places to go and lots of people to see for her First Christmas. We started off with Aaron's birthday party on Christmas Eve. We had friends and family here to celebrate. The next morning, we woke up with Grandma Becky, Grandpa Neil, and Grandma Carolyn to have our Christmas morning fun! One thing we know now... Claire has about a 2 gift limit... after two, she's ready to play with paper and boxes!

So true, so true... though the Hoosiers aren't making anyone proud these days, she's a born Hoosier and proud of it! Go Red!

Aunt Angie, Uncle John and Claire's cousins decided that Luke and Anna were too big for this horsey. So, they thought of Claire! Aww... how nice! When they sent it down, Luke was very worried that Grandma Becky was going to keep it. We had to take a picture to prove that it was at our house. The giraffe that Claire is holding is her pride and joy. Aaron and I have been calling him Jermain Giraffe... it's better than "giraffey".... or is it?
A funny story...We bought this giraffe on a whim, thinking it was something that she might like. Once we saw how much she loved him, we decided to buy a "just in case something happens" giraffe (#2). I had forgotten to bring up the original giraffe upstairs for her nap one day, so I put the other one in her crib instead... when Aaron went up to get her, she had thrown out #2 and he was on the floor beside her.

On the way home from Castleton where we saw Santa... we stopped and looked at a few Christmas lights. The people in our neighborhood had their lights in sync with music that you could hear through your car radio... we stopped to enjoy.

Enjoying the festivities at Noah's birthday party.
